Jerry Eves has been in the lending industry for 15 years and is Principal Lending Mortgage Officer (PLM) with Preferred Mortgage Brokers. Jerry has strived to make the mortgage experience as stress free as possible; Letting our Clients tell us what they want. This is accomplished by working with Mathew and our other mortgage professional's who communicate their knowledge to make sure you as the Borrower are getting the loan you want. Jerry enjoys hanging out his Children and Grandchildren. He enjoys Camping, Fishing, Golfing, and Friday night date night with his beautiful wife. |

Matthew has been working with Preferred Mortgage Brokers since 2001 and is the Associate Lending Manager (ALM) with Preferred Mortgage. He is experienced in being both a Mortgage loan officer and a Processor. He is 27 years old, Married and has 2 wonderful little boys ages 4 & 2. Matthew grew up in La Verkin Utah and is a 1998 Graduate of Hurricane High School. He also attended Dixie State College from 1999 - 2001 working on his general education. Matthew enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, fly fishing, and all outdoor activities. Matthew makes his home in Coral Canyon Washington, Utah. |

Trevor has mortgage experience both as a Loan Officer and as a Processor. He is 27 years old, is married with an 18 month old little girl with another daughter currently on the way. He grew up in Hurricane, UT and is a 1998 graduate of Hurricane High School. He also served an LDS Mission from 1999 - 2001 in Berlin, Germany. Trevor has attended both Utah State University and Utah Valley State College and is currently completing his Bachelor's Degree from Dixie State College of Utah. Trevor enjoys riding his motorcycle, working out at the gym, grilling on the BBQ, camping, hiking spending time with his family oand loves sports, especially baseball and football. He also loves airplanes and holds a Private Pilot Certificate. He currently lives with his family in washington, UT and stays busy balancing his time between work, school, and his family. |

Gregg Driggs has been in the mortgage industry since 1988 and is the Associate Lending Manager running our Sandy office. Gregg is the proud father of 7 children and has 2 grandchildren. He is very active in the community, serving on the board for Rockwell Charter High School and he is also one of the founders of the For The Love Of Lily foundation. He and his wife Becky have adopted their last 2 daughters from China, which inspired them to start the foundation which assists other family’s adopting from China and also helps orphans in China. When Gregg is not at the office or a board meeting, you can find him at the park with his kids! |
Autumn Baskins has a beautiful daughter and loves to go horseback riding with her. She is an FHA approved underwriter and has been working in the industry for 15 years. She has been a processor, underwriter, closer, funder…etc. She has a thorough understanding of every aspect of the business and loves helping people. |
